   - Exact spot and meeting time will be confirmed when the instructor team contact you via messenger on the day before 
   - Almost meeting point is inside the Vivaldi Park Main Center.

Booking Process

Step 1 - Choose the date, the number of people then proceed to the checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Upon successful booking, you will receive a Voucher with confirmed information.

Step 3 - Meet the ski staff and enjoy!

Things to Note

✓ Snowyland operating hours may be adjusted in case of bad weather
✓ If it is not open until after 1pm, a full refund will be made
✓ Itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition
✓ Please inform us if you will be bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable until 1 days (by 10pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.

Late

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

Bad weather

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
✓ In case of inclement weather conditions that might cause a problem in operation, you will be informed in advance and have options of either 1) change date or 2) proceed to cancel.
