Step 1 - Choose size, style, and delivery information.

*Please note that YOU are responsible for submitting CORRECT information. In case the delivery was made to a wrong address/person due to wrong information, you will have to make a new reservation or pay any necessary charge to rearrange the delivery.

*You need to provide the recipient's phone number in Korea that we can call upon flower delivery. (NOT Whatsapp/Facebook or any other messengers.)

Step 2 - The receipt shows that your payment was successful and that we received your order.

Step 3 - Once the recipient receives the flower, we'll send you a photo via Email Voucher that shows your delivery is confirmed.

✓ Date changes are available up to 3 days before the delivery date by 4:00 PM KST
✓ Time changes are subject to the delivery schedule of the day
