It was a smooth and nice ride but it will be better if seats were allocated. As I was traveling with kids and had to sit at the back seat which was higher and more dangerous for my kids. also there was a few people that place their items on the seats and took up 2 seats instead. Overall, the service was good.

Процесс бронирования

Step 1 - Choose date, route, number of people, then proceed to checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Upon successful booking, you will receive an Email Voucher.

Step 3 - Show your email voucher to Ticket Office and get the paper ticket. Then go to the correct Bus Stop to board.

Что нужно учесть

<Boarding the bus>
✓ Show Voucher at the Bus Ticket Office to redeem the paper ticket. You CANNOT board with Voucher.
✓ Arrive at least 10 minutes prior to bus departure time. The bus will leave on time and will NOT wait for you.
✓ If you miss your bus due to flight delay or any other reasons, it is considered cancellation and no time changes can be made. You will have to wait for the next time slot and pay the full amount IF AND ONLY IF there are seats left.

<During the ride>
✓ Check the destination before getting off the bus.
✓ Travel time may take longer than expected in case of heavy traffic. Indiway and the bus company are NOT responsible for any inconveniences caused by delays.

Bus Ticket Offices are located on Floor 1, outside the airport building, near Gates 4, 6, 7, 8, 11 and 13.

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 days prior to travel date.
✓ Change of date, meeting point, number of people, product is possible until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date

Опоздания

Being late and missing the bus is regarded as a cancellation and no time change nor refund will be made. You may call the emergency number on the Voucher to ask if there are seats available on the next bus and pay full amount in cash to the driver. Same rule applies to flight delays.
