✓ 100% refundable or changeable until 1 day (by 10am K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable or changeable after 10am of 1 day prior to travel date.

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.
✓ If you miss the bus, you won't be able to join the tour EVEN IF you arrive at the ski resort separately. This is to prevent possible delay caused by those who travelled to the ski resort separately. No refund will be available in this case.
✓ We will help you rebook another date with a 50% penalty if requested on the original travel date.

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
