Q1. My flight arrives at 2:00 pm and I think it will take 60 minutes for you to clear customs and immigration. Can I put 3:00 pm as pick up time?
A1. No. Your flight can always be delayed or arrive early. Please put your flight number and flight arrival time.
Q2. My flight arrives at 2:00 pm but and I need more time to pick up a sim card, etc. Can I put 4:00 pm as pick up time?
A1. Yes, but please note that in this case, if you meet the driver later than 4:00 pm, you will be charged a late fee of KRW15,000 per hour.
How many people and luggage can fit?
✓ Luggage
- S (19-22 inch) : counts as 0.5
- M (23-26 inch) : counts as 1
- L (27-32 inch, stroller, golf bag, ski equipment) : counts as 2

- Adult (3 years or older or whoever needs a seat of their own)
- Child (0-2 years or whoever can sit with another adult)
***Sum of Luggage (M) and Passengers should not exceed 13. For example,
- 6 Adults + 6 M luggage (7 + 6 = 13 >> Okay)
- 6 Adults + 1 Child sitting with adult + 6 M luggage (7 + 0 + 6 = 13 >> Okay)
- 6 Adults + 5 M luggage + 1 Stroller (7 + 5 + 2 = 14 >> NOT Okay)
Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher (will be sent instantly)
Step 3 - One day before pick up, the driver will contact you via Messenger (Whatsapp, Line, WeChat, Kakaotalk) to double check
Step 4 - Meet the driver and show your Email Voucher (mobile)
✓ Please wait on the ground floor of your hotel/apartment to meet the driver. Drivers usually arrive earlier than pick up time. Please try to arrive 5 minutes earlier.
✓ The driver will wait 30 minutes in case you are late. (You MUST contact the driver to inform you are running late)
✓ A late fee of KRW 30,000 per hour will be collected by the driver after 30 minutes.
✓ Sum of Luggage (M) and Passengers should not exceed 10. If you have more luggage or passengers than you initially booked, the driver will not be able to accommodate. In this case, some passengers may have to take public transportation.
✓ Please contact the Car Company. Car Company will contact you 1 day before pick up. If you did not receive contact, there must be something wrong with your messenger information. Please contact from your side to the Car Company Emergency Number in the Voucher.
✓ 100% refundable or changeable until 3 days (by 4 pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4 pm of 3 days prior to travel date.
✓ Please contact the Car Company if you want to have any change after booking. However, can't 100% make sure can be changed after 4 pm of 3 days prior to travel date. Please discuss with Car Company directly.
✓ In case of flight cancellation by the airline, the refund can be made if you contact the driver 2 hours before flight arrival time.
