- Parents who only want to bring their children for ski lessons and Snowyland and want to bring them with them.

✓ Both round-trip and one-way are available, and different departure and arrival dates are fine.

✓ If you have different departure and arrival dates, please leave a note when booking.

- Almost meeting point is inside the Vivaldi Park Main Center.

✓ Snowyland operating hours may be adjusted in case of bad weather
✓ If it is not open until after 1pm, a full refund will be made
✓ Itinerary is subjected to traffic & weather condition
✓ Please inform us if you will be bring along a baby stroller or wheelchair

取消政策

✓ 100% refundable until 1 days (by 10pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.

遲到

✓ Being late or not showing up at the Meeting Point at Meeting Time is considered cancellation and NO REFUND is granted.

惡劣天氣

✓ Tour operates per normal even if it rains or snows. Regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
✓ Only in case of government-issued warning for natural disaster, free date change or cancellation will be allowed.
✓ In case of inclement weather conditions that might cause a problem in operation, you will be informed in advance and have options of either 1) change date or 2) proceed to cancel.
