Yongpyong Resort

Yongpyong Ski Resort was Korea’s first ski resort, opened in 1975 to develop Korean winter sports and resort culture. Yongpyong also hosted the technical alpine skiing events for the 2018 Winter Olympics and Paralympics in Pyeongchang. Aside from its ski slopes, Yongpyong is an all-season recreational complex that includes a 45-hole golf course, gondolas, swimming pool, and other facilities! K-drama fans will also recognize this ski resort as one of the filming locations of the popular shows, Guardian: The Lonely and Great God (Goblin) and Winter Sonata!

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher

Step 3 - Show email voucher to driver when boarding the bus.

VOUCHER

✓ Once the schedule has been confirmed, voucher with Bar Code will be sent at least within 1 week prior to departure.

BOARDING
✓ Please use the toilet before boarding the bus
This journey does NOT include a rest stop, but ONE short stop can be made if requested. You can say "Hwajangsil Gajuseyo" (I want to use the toilet). Please remember your bus location and vehicle number and be back on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait.
✓ If you miss your bus due to flight delay or any other reasons, it is considered cancellation and no time changes can be made. You will have to wait for the next time slot and pay the full amount IF AND ONLY IF there are seats left.
✓ Travel time may take longer than expected in case of heavy traffic. Indiway and the bus company are NOT responsible for any inconveniences caused by delays..

ARRIVING
✓ The bus may stop at Alpensia Resort. Check your final destination before getting off the bus.

✓ Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the bus departure time. The bus will leave on time and will NOT wait for you.

You will find a purple bus like below with a destination written in both English & Korean in front of the bus. *If you arrived at the boarding point in time but could not find purple bus, it might be bus running a bit behind the schedule due to unexpected traffic.
Don't panic and contact the emergency number to check.

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 days prior to travel date.

✓ Change requests accepted until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.

Опоздания

Being late and missing the bus is regarded as a cancellation and no time change nor refund will be made. You may call the emergency number on the Voucher to ask if there are seats available on the next bus and pay full amount in cash to the driver. Same rule applies to flight delays.
