Great online service! Tickets were purchased in advance on the company’s website, a week before departure a travel voucher arrived at the post office. The bus came to a stop 20 minutes before departure, the driver quickly landed us and we drove off. The road is excellent, the driver drove the bus safely. The only recommendation of the company: In the voucher you need to add a card on which to indicate where the C1 gate is and how to get there, since there is no information about this shuttle in the information center. For tourists: You leave the airport building at any gate and turn left, go to the end of the airport building, the C1 sign will be on the concrete support on the right, the bus stops right on the sign.

Step 1 - Choose date, route, option, number of people, then proceed to checkout page to complete payment.

Step 2 - Check your Email Voucher

Step 3 - Present barcode at the bottom of your voucher when boarding the bus.

Things to Note

VOUCHER

✓ Once the schedule has been confirmed, voucher with Bar Code will be sent at least a week prior to departure. Please double check departure time on your voucher.

BOARDING
✓ Please use the toilet before boarding the bus. This journey does NOT include a rest stop, but ONE short stop can be made if requested. You can say "Hwajangsil Gajuseyo" (I want to use the toilet). Please remember your bus location and vehicle number and be back on time.
✓ Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the bus departure time. The bus will leave on time and will NOT wait for you. ✓ If you miss your bus due to flight delay or any other reasons, it is considered cancellation and no time changes can be made. You will have to wait for the next time slot and pay the full amount IF AND ONLY IF there are seats left.

ARRIVING

✓ The bus may stop at Gimpo Airport and/or Alpensia Resort. Check your final destination before getting off the bus.
✓ Travel time may take longer than expected in case of heavy traffic. Indiway and the bus company are NOT responsible for any inconveniences caused by delays.

Shuttle Bus
You will find a purple bus like below with a destination written in both English & Korean in front of the bus. *If you arrived at the boarding point in time but could not find a purple bus, it might be just bus running a bit behind the schedule due to unexpected traffic.
Don't panic and contact the emergency number to check.

- Gate 3 => 2B, 3A (Chartered bus stop)

Cancellation Policy

✓ 100% refundable until 7 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ 50% refundable until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.
✓ Not refundable after 4pm of 3 days prior to travel date.

✓ Change requests accepted until 3 days (by 4pm K.S.T.) prior to travel date.

Late

Being late and missing the bus is regarded as a cancellation and no time change nor refund will be made. You may call the emergency number on the Voucher to ask if there are seats available on the next bus and pay full amount in cash to the driver. Same rule applies to flight delays.
